Crângași or Herăstrău
The only two with two bedrooms, for up to 6 guests. Crângași has the metro a 5-minute walk away, Herăstrău the park 4 minutes away.
A business trip
Herăstrău, or one in Băneasa
All five apartments are classified, so we issue a company invoice for every stay. Herăstrău if you want two separate bedrooms; a Băneasa apartment if you come by car: they have a private parking space.
A medical stay in Băneasa
Băneasa-Sisești and Băneasa-Sisești 2
Enayati Medical City is about a 15-minute walk, 1.1 km on flat ground. They suit patients who manage on their own, and companions: each has a kitchen and a free private parking space.
There are 4 steps at the building entrance, and Băneasa-Sisești 2 is on an upper floor with no lift.
A flight, or a day at Therme
The three Băneasa apartments
By car in light traffic: from Băneasa-Sisești, about 14 minutes to the airport and 18 to Therme; from Panorama Lake, about 17 and 21. At rush hour, allow up to about 25 minutes to the airport and 30 to Therme. All three have a free private parking space, and an airport transfer can be arranged on request, for a fee.
For a very early flight without a car, a hotel by the terminal may be the simpler choice.

A city break without a car
Crângași
Crângași metro station is 370 m away, about a 5-minute walk, so getting to the centre does not depend on traffic. Crângași Park is 460 m away, and the Lacul Morii promenade 1 km on foot.

What a short-stay apartment is
A short-stay apartment, a hotel or a long-term rental?
A short-stay apartment is accommodation rented by the night in a whole apartment: you pay per night, as in a hotel, but you get a kitchen, a washing machine and separate rooms. There is no rental contract, no utilities in your name and nobody else in the space.
If you want a 24-hour reception, room service or daily cleaning, a hotel is the right choice. We have no reception: arrival is by self check-in.

Questions about short stays in Bucharest
What does "regim hotelier" mean?
It is a whole apartment rented by the night, like a hotel room, but with a kitchen, a washing machine and separate rooms. The apartment is a classified accommodation unit, so an invoice can be issued.
How much is a night?
Starting rates run from 356 lei per night (Băneasa-Sisești 2) to 517 lei per night (Băneasa Panorama Lake). Weekend nights and those in high-demand periods (Christmas – New Year) can cost more, longer stays can get a discount, and the tourist promotion tax is added on top. For your dates, each apartment’s page shows the total line by line: that is the final price.
How is it different from a hotel?
You get the whole apartment: a kitchen where you can cook, a washing machine, separate rooms and, at most properties, free parking. There is no reception; arrival is by self check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. With self check-in you can arrive at any time after 15:00. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested, for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Is there parking?
Băneasa-Sisești, Băneasa-Sisești 2 and Băneasa Panorama Lake have a free private parking space. At Crângași and Herăstrău, parking is free, on the street, in the public space.
How do I book?
Pick an apartment, check your dates, and send the request at the price shown. We reply on WhatsApp with availability; the booking is final only after we confirm it.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay for the whole stay by bank transfer when we confirm the booking. A direct booking is non-refundable: if you cancel it or do not arrive, the amount paid is not returned. If we cannot provide the confirmed stay, we refund it in full. Bookings made on Airbnb or Booking.com follow that platform's policy.
Are the apartments officially classified?
Yes. All five apartments are classified at 3 stars and authorised by the Romanian Ministry of Tourism, each with its own certificate shown on the property page. Apartments for rent are classified from 1 to 3 stars, so 3 is the top of the category. Invoices are available for every stay, including business stays.
Which areas of Bucharest are the apartments in?
Crângași in the west, near the metro and Lacul Morii; Băneasa-Sisești in the north, with three apartments and free private parking, two on Strada Petre S. Aurelian and Panorama Lake on Șoseaua București–Târgoviște; and Herăstrău in the north of the city.
