They suit outpatients who manage on their own, companions of inpatients and families coming from another city. They offer no medical care, meals or reception desk.

When you search for “cazare Enayati”, the first results are usually the pages of Enayati Home, the campus’s residential centre for seniors. Our apartments are the opposite case: an ordinary home, with your own key, for patients who manage on their own and for those accompanying them.
We have no medical staff, we do not provide care, assistance or meals, and there is no reception desk. If you need any of those, the right place is the hospital or the residential centre, not an apartment. If you are looking for accommodation near Enayati Medical City for outpatient treatment, for the days when someone close to you is admitted, or for a few days of recovery before the journey home, this page was written for you.

In practice, an ordinary day looks like this: in the morning you walk to your appointment, on the way back you stop at the supermarket, and in the evening you cook in the apartment. For a companion, the walk back from the afternoon visit passes the campus pharmacy and Kaufland.

There are 4 steps at the building entrance, then stairs up to the apartment: the building has no lift. Bear this in mind if you or someone in your group has trouble getting around.

A night, a week or a month: how to choose your stay
You know how long you will stay, from your appointments. We tell you what matters in accommodation for each option, so you can choose the right apartment and ask for a rate for the right number of nights.
For one appointment or a few days in Bucharest, what matters is getting there easily and resting well. Self check-in spares you a reception desk’s hours, and free parking makes the trip simpler if you drive in from another city.

From the third or fourth night, routine matters more than distance: a kitchen where you cook what you like, when you like, the washing machine, the bath tub and a living room separate from the bedroom.
If your appointments are only on weekdays, you can book Monday to Friday and go home at the weekend.

Medical travel means long, repetitive days: appointments, waiting, journeys, then the evening. That is exactly where the difference shows.

Four people, one front door. At a hotel, four people often means two rooms and two bookings. Here you have an entire apartment: a bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bath tub, in a single booking.

How to reach the apartments and Enayati Medical City
If you drive in from another city, each apartment has a private, free parking space, so you are not hunting for a space every evening. For the trip to the Enayati campus, the 1.1 km can also be walked, in about 15 minutes on flat ground, and the car can stay parked.
Henri Coandă Airport (Otopeni) is about 7.9 km away in a straight line. We can arrange a transfer to or from the airport on request, for an additional charge, which helps if you fly in from abroad and go straight to the clinic.
Express line 100 (formerly 783) links the airport with the city centre around the clock, stopping at Aeroport Băneasa and Piața Presei too.
The Enayati campus is served by lines 112, 205 and 261, according to the Enayati website. From the apartments, walking remains the simplest way to the campus: about 15 minutes, on flat ground.
For the rest of the city, in a straight line: Piața Victoriei ~5.9 km, Piața Unirii ~9.0 km.

About 1.1 km on foot, roughly 15 minutes, on flat ground. In a straight line, about 800 m.
Do you provide care, meals or medical assistance?
No. These are ordinary apartments, with no medical staff, meals or reception desk. They suit patients who manage on their own and companions.
Are there steps up to the apartments?
Yes. Both apartments share the building entrance, which has 4 steps. Băneasa-Sisești is on the ground floor and Băneasa-Sisești 2 on an upper floor, with no lift. If someone in your group has trouble getting around, write to us before booking.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay for the whole stay by bank transfer when we confirm the booking. A direct booking is non-refundable: if you cancel it or do not arrive, the amount paid is not returned. If we cannot provide the confirmed stay, we refund it in full. Bookings made on Airbnb or Booking.com follow that platform's policy.
Do I get an invoice for my stay?
Yes. We issue an invoice for every stay, at every Arkadia apartment, including the two in Băneasa-Sisești. If you want it made out to a company, send us the billing details when you write to us.
I arrive late at night. How do I get in?
Through self check-in: the key is in a lockbox, and you receive the instructions before you arrive. You do not depend on a reception desk.
We are coming from abroad straight to the clinic. Can you arrange a transfer?
Yes, a transfer to or from Henri Coandă Airport can be arranged on request, for an additional charge.
What are the visiting hours at Enayati Hospital?
According to the Enayati Medical City website, visits at Enayati Hospital take place daily between 16:00 and 18:00. The admissions office is open Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. Check the hours on their website before you travel, as they can change.
Do you offer a special rate for long stays?
We set the rate for stays of several weeks on request, case by case. Send us the expected period and we will confirm the rate on WhatsApp.
Is there a supermarket or a pharmacy nearby?
Yes. Kaufland București-Sisești is about 600 m away (8 minutes on foot). Mega Image Sisești, shown on Google as open 24 hours, and the Dr. Max pharmacy on the Enayati campus are about 1.1 km away (15 minutes on foot).
Can I work remotely from the apartment?
Yes. Both have Wi-Fi internet and a living room separate from the bedroom, so one person can work while the other rests.
