What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. With self check-in you can arrive at any time after 15:00, including at night. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested, for an additional charge, subject to availability.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay for the whole stay by bank transfer when we confirm the booking. A direct booking is non-refundable: if you cancel it or do not arrive, the amount paid is not returned. If we cannot provide the confirmed stay, we refund it in full. Bookings made on Airbnb or Booking.com follow that platform's policy.
Do I get an invoice for my stay?
Yes, for every stay, including business stays. If you want it made out to a company, send us the billing details when you write to us.
How does self check-in work?
You receive the access instructions before you arrive, so you let yourself in without meeting anyone, at any time after 15:00. If you need help, we are only a message away.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in Arkadia properties.
Is smoking or hosting parties allowed?
No. Indoor smoking and parties/events are not permitted.
Is airport transfer available?
Transfer to/from Otopeni (Henri Coandă) Airport can be arranged on request, for an additional charge. By car in light traffic, the airport is about 14 minutes from Băneasa-Sisești and about 17 minutes from Panorama Lake; at rush hour, allow up to about 25 minutes.
What are your rates for long stays?
For stays of several weeks, such as medical stays or work trips, we set the rate on request, depending on the dates and the apartment. Tell us your dates and you will get a specific quote.
