1. Our approach
We do not load analytics or marketing tools before you consent. The Necessary category is always active; Analytics and Marketing stay off until you choose otherwise. Analytics and marketing tools load only if they are configured for the site.

3. What is stored
Under Necessary we keep only your cookie choice and a few settings the site needs to work, plus the sign-in cookies for the administration area, which are never set for visitors. If you accept Analytics or Marketing, Google and Meta set their own cookies for periods they decide (up to 2 years for Google, up to 90 days for Meta). With Analytics consent we also use a cookie of our own to test versions of our pages, kept for up to 90 days. You can see the full list at any time in your browser settings, under the data saved for arkadia.apartments.
4. Managing your consent
You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page, or here:
Withdrawing consent: choose “Necessary only” (shown as “Withdraw consent” once you have accepted a category) or untick the categories. If the tools were already loaded, the page reloads automatically without them and the site tries to delete the analytics and marketing cookies set on our domain. You can also clear the site data at any time from your browser settings.
How long your choice lasts: 12 months. After that we ask you again; we ask sooner only if we change the analytics or marketing tools we use.
5. External content
Property photos are served from our own servers, so loading a page sends nothing to a third party. When you open WhatsApp or Airbnb from our site, their own policies apply.
The Google map on the apartments page and on each apartment’s page loads only when you press “Show the map” or one of the links to the map. Only then does your browser connect to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and the usual technical details of a request; Google’s privacy policy applies. The choice is kept only while the tab stays open (in sessionStorage, the key “arkadia-map-ok”), so that the map also loads by itself on the other pages you open during the same visit. It is cleared when you close the tab, and next time the map again loads only when you ask for it.
